At Backpacking Light, we want you to be fully prepared for your next adventure. If your gear or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in unworn, clean condition.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
